Developer support
Ask in the Merkl Discord for integration questions, unexpected API responses, rate limits, and schema questions the reference does not answer. Include the endpoint, the request you sent and the response you got back: an integration question without a concrete request is rarely answerable.
API keys and quotas
Create and revoke keys yourself in the portal, and read your usage there too. Write to the team when you need a quota above the published limits or a key tied to an agreement.
Partnerships and distributions
If you want to run a distribution rather than integrate against one, start in Merkl Studio, which is self-serve, or write to the team for managed programs and tailored pricing.
