If you are blocked on an integration, start with Discord: it is where the engineers who maintain the API answer. Commercial questions and anything covered by an agreement go to the team by email.

## Developer support

Ask in the Merkl Discord for integration questions, unexpected API responses, rate limits, and schema questions the reference does not answer. Include the endpoint, the request you sent and the response you got back: an integration question without a concrete request is rarely answerable.

## API keys and quotas

Create and revoke keys yourself in the portal, and read your usage there too. Write to the team when you need a quota above the published limits or a key tied to an agreement.
